RSM Bike Safety is dedicated to educating the public about the cycling infrastructure that currently exists in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. With this knowledge, our goal is to identify shortcomings in the existing cycling network, in order to develop and propose solutions to our city's planning commission. We believe that this will further encourage cycling in our community, and assist in promoting a more robust transportation network for all road users.
